Advocate Shruti Jain, B.B.A. LL.B. , LL.M with Corporate Law, hails from Raipur, Chhattisgarh. She graduated in 2017 from Mody University, School of Law. Her active participation in Moot Court competition prompted her to interest in Litigation. She is registered with the Bar Council of India since 2017. During this time she worked at the Sessions and District Court, Raipur and later in Mumbai. She is proficient in civil matters related to Intellectual Property laws, Arbitration, Family matters, Consumer Protection Act, Negotiable Instrument Act, Recovery matters & others. She aspires to provide free legal aid to the less privileged and work actively for the upliftment of women via pro-bono work.
